Hockessin Community Center, Inc. (HCC) is a
non-profit, 501(c)(3), agency incorporated in 1968. The center is recognized for
it’s historical presence in the village of Hockessin as the Hockessin School
#107C and it’s part in the landmark case of Brown vs. Board of Education. This is not
only a history of the 107-Colored School, but a road map on what people working
together in a community can accomplish. Read

The HCC staff
are dedicated to providing programs for youth,
adults and senior citizens in the areas of education, recreation, social
services, housing & counseling. We provide
services to low to moderate income individuals and families in Wilmington and
surrounding areas including zip codes; 19707, 19711, 19804, 19805
& 19808.
