Hockessin Community Center, Inc. (HCC) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), agency incorporated in 1968. The center is recognized for it’s historical presence in the village of Hockessin as the Hockessin School #107C and it’s part in the landmark case of Brown vs. Board of Education. This is not only a history of the 107-Colored School, but a road map on what people working together in a community can accomplish.   Read more about our history...
 

The HCC staff are dedicated to providing programs for youth, adults and senior citizens in the areas of education, recreation, social services, housing & counseling. We provide services to low to moderate income individuals and families in Wilmington and surrounding areas including zip codes; 19707, 19711, 19804, 19805 & 19808.
